GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
The gift voucher entitles the named recipient to a session/s booking as specified on the voucher.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, during normal class operating days and times.
Gift voucher recipients can book their session/s, subject to space availability, on our booking platform: https://triyaceramicstudio.simplybook.it/
Please check your email Spam/Junk folders for confirmation and/or further information from us.
Gift vouchers cannot be transferred to another person.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers cannot be resold.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers cannot be used as a deposit for goods.
Lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers can only be replaced by submitting proof of original purchase details.
Gift voucher recipients attending studio sessions will be subject to all studio rules & guidelines.
